A team is assembled for a six-week period to help participants achieve personal or professional goals. A half-day kick-off workshop serves as the team’s goal-setting and team-building meeting. Following the kick-off, the team meets once per week for one hour. A final celebration is held on the seventh and final weekly meeting. Those who invest in their futures, never regret it.
"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." – Helen Keller
A minimum of eight participants are required to form a team. Multiple teams can be formed to accommodate large groups. Each participant declares his or her goals and pledges to support other team members in achieving their goals. The support might be hands-on or it might be providing accountability.
"Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships."
– Michael Jordan
The results produced with the support of a team are truly remarkable. Past projects include:
Improving marathon run time; planning a family reunion; remodeling a powder room; writing, performing and recording a song; planning and executing a networking event; preparing to move across the country; launching a new career; developing a first-of-its-kind app; getting into shape; getting organized at work; cleaning and organizing at home to get ready for a foster child;
creating a marketing plan; writing a business plan; and creating a photograph series, printing, matting and framing and then planning an art opening.
